What to expect at your first visit
A quick walkthrough of your first appointment, including what to bring and how long to set aside.
First appointments can feel like an unknown quantity, so here is exactly how ours run.
Before you arrive
Set aside about an hour. Bring anything relevant you already have, even if it looks incomplete. Old paperwork and photos on your phone are genuinely useful.
When you get here
We will go through what you are looking for and take a proper look at the situation ourselves. Nothing is decided on the spot, and you will not be asked to sign anything at the first meeting.
Afterwards
Within a couple of days you will have a written summary and a clear price. If you want to think about it, that is entirely fine. If you would rather go elsewhere, that is fine too, and we will say so if we think someone else is a better fit.
