Some questions come up so often that it seemed worth writing them down properly.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within a week or two, depending on how busy the schedule is. Urgent work can often be fitted in sooner, so it is always worth asking.
Do you give quotes up front?
Yes. We would rather spend twenty minutes understanding the job than give you a number that changes later.
What does the price include?
Everything we have listed, with no line items added afterwards. If something unexpected comes up mid-job, we stop and talk to you before doing anything that affects the cost.
Do you work outside normal hours?
Sometimes, by arrangement. Get in touch and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
What if something goes wrong afterwards?
Call us. We would much rather hear about a problem than have you live with it.
