Everything you need to have ready before we begin, gathered into one short checklist.
A little preparation makes the first stage go much faster. None of this is essential, but the more of it you have, the sooner we can give you a firm answer.
The checklist
- A rough idea of your timescale, even if it is only “sometime this autumn”
- Any measurements, documents or photos you already have
- Who the decision maker is, if it is not just you
- A budget range you are comfortable with
- Anything that has been tried already, and whether it worked
What you do not need
You do not need to know the technical terms, and you do not need to have narrowed down the solution. Working that part out is what you are paying us for.
One thing worth doing
Write down the problem in a sentence or two before you call. It sounds trivial, but it is remarkable how often that single sentence tells us more than an hour of back and forth.
